3 heavy boxes arrived and while the packaging could be a bit stronger, the customer service is outstanding for replacement parts. Installation is pretty straightforward with a good manual but I was happily surprised an application called Bilt existed. It was a step by step and piece by piece way of assembly with graphics. It took about 2 hours for the entire assembly with the only hang up being 3 different horizontal lengths of top flexible netting poles that were not easily identifiable. The frame is pretty beefy and should hold up over time. My only concern for longevity of it is the welds. Some of the joints are partially welded as opposed to fully welded around the circumference of the tubing. Time will tell but no complaints about the finished product. Pro tip: it is difficult to slide the multi-colored covers over the upright netting frames... so use some soapy water to help slide them on. Happy bouncing!
Amazing large 10x15 trampoline. Upgraded from a much loved 14 round that we had for 5 years (year round use). Love that you can get a great bounce from all over the surface area not just the center. Allow several hours (of daylight) to assemble. The frame and attaching the springs (to pull the frame together on the center of the long sides) were the most challenging part. But, success!! Mom and 14 year old were able to complete set up together after the frame was put together with dads help. Hope to have many years of enjoyment. Great workout for adults too, love the high weight capacity (500 lbs) just in case you allow more than one jumper at a time. ) HaPpy jumping!
The video app helps the installation process. But it definitely took longer than 2 hours to put together. Its very well made and a very bouncy trampoline. Our 11 year old loves it!
Have had our trampoline for a year and we live it! Even our pitty loves jumping on the trampoline! Outdoor movie nights, forts and so much fun
Works great! My kids have loved the size. I love the weight capacity allowing my 11, 9, and 7 year old all play a game together on it. Still need to tie down the net per instructions to get a complete seal. It wasnt too difficult to set up with 2 people. Instructions via the app are great!
