How to file a warranty claim?

In order to file a claim and receive a prompt response, please provide us with the following information : a copy of the receipt from the store where you purchased your Machrus product and photo of the damage if applicable.

The warranty does not cover parts that show abuse or damage by wind, snow, weight overload or general neglect of maintenance.

MISSING OR BROKEN PARTS

We make every effort to ensure that we ship our products in perfect condition. In the event that you receive your Trampoline, Greenhouse, Swing, Winter Sled, Party Sets or Kick Scooters with any of the parts missing or broken, Contact Machrus customer service for immediate replacement at no cost to you. If you made an error when purchasing your Trampoline, Greenhouse, Swing, Winter Sled, Party Sets, Kick Scooters or part, we will gladly make an exchange. However, you will be responsible for any shipping charges required for the exchange.
