Customer service went above and beyond without me even asking. After a tree fell on my trampoline, I searched the internet for replacement parts. After an exhaustive amount of time, I found macros site. After what I thought was the replacement parts Customer service contacted me and guided me to the correct part. Even going so far as to contacting the warehouse for me to make sure it was the correct one. Thank you!

This piece was the correct size and had the appropriate amount of spring inserts. However the male and female ends were reversed and was not compatible with my trampoline. The reason for the 1 star is the customer service. In order to ship the piece back for return, you are responsible for the shipping cost. This means you pay anywhere from $60-$80 in shipping. The company was not willing to work with me. I pestered them so much they finally agreed to send me a shipping label for $30. In my opinion this is still ridiculous. But I shipped the piece back because I didn’t want to eat the entire cost. Very frustrating. Will not purchase from this company again!
