I purchased this safety pad and a net at about the same time. One through Amazon. The other through Machrus. Both were great for a short time. (A week or two). Then I noticed the net fit poorly and the safety pad’s plastic clips & elastic straps were already snapping off in many places. After a month, the pad is already showing cracks. The net lasted 2 weeks before something nicked the material. Within 2-3 days, the nick had spread around the entire perimeter effectively cutting off the bottom half of the net. It’s going in the trash and I don’t expect the pad to last another winter. I bought the Machrus trampoline itself used and recall the extremely poor condition of the previous pad (broken and brittle) and tons of the plastic clips and elastic straps around in the ground. I now realize that wasn’t just due to years of bad weather. Most disappointing was calling customer service to have them tell me that I missed the short 30 day warranty period. Even after explaining such a bad experience, I was told that I should have returned it when I got it. (Which doesn’t make sense because you have to take time to install and actually use it.) if you buy it, beware. Get an extended warranty on Amazon for it or something. I will look to other brands in the future for better quality.
