The small parts I got for my grandkids trampoline were in stock and are fine but I really need the upright poles and fiberglass rods and they have not been in stock for 6 months that I have been trying to get them. Very frustrating and no customer service person is able to tell me when (or if) they will be available. Machrus needs to step up its game!
