I bought the 10ft trampoline pad for $62 and paid $20 for shipping. It was the wrong size. I contacted Machrus about returning the wrong size and buying the correct size. I was told that I would have to ship the product back to them at my expense and they were out of the size I needed. I went to a ups store to return the item in the same box, they wanted $173.88 and usps wanted $142. I contacted Machrus and informed them of the price to ship back. It took them 10 days and multiple emails to get a response. They couldn't do anything for me and told me that I should read their return policy before I buy. I have no problem paying $20 to ship it back to them but not willing to pay 3 times the amount of the product. Be careful buying from this company!
